Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kitworks purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your gear, we’re here to help, and want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you.
1. Return Window:
30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Items that have been used in a way that alters their condition are not eligible for return.
2. Eligibility for Return:
Refunds: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size or color, we will facilitate the exchange process once we receive the returned item. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll offer you a refund instead.
Defective or Damaged Products: If your Kitworks product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, and we’ll arrange a return or replacement free of charge.
3. How to Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Initiate your return or exchange by contacting our customer service team at support@mykitworks.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping: We want your return to be quick and easy. Kitworks will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, typically within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
5. Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
- Custom/Personalized Items: Any products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.
6. International Returns:
If you’re returning an item from outside the United States, please note that international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
