Organization-first: Internal attachment rails allow you to configure just the right mix of system pockets, dividers, organizers, and wet/dirty gear bags so your gear starts organized and stays that way throughout your travels. Superior quality and protection: A fully waterproof RF welded tub-style base, recycled 900D TPU laminated shell, and YKK Aquaguard zippers are paired with closed cell foam throughout to protect from the elements and rigors of travel. Customizable organization: internal attachment rails allow addition of system pockets, dividers and 3rd party MOLLE/PALS compatible products. External lash points allow attachment of system pockets.

Highly weather resistant: The base of the Gear Duffel is 100% waterproof, utilizing TPU coated fabrics and RF welded construction. The sides and top utilize TPU coated fabrics and water-resistant YKK Aquaguard zippers. 

Multiple carry options: Removable backpack straps and reinforced grab handles on all sides.

Wet/Dirty gear management: Internal pocket stores the seam-sealed wet/dirty gear bag, and attachment tabs allow for easy deployment even with pockets installed.

Internal dividers: a removable padded divider allows you to separate gear from clothing or other elements of your kit. Add more dividers for additional organization and protection. 

Exterior tie-down points: secure the duffel in various transport situations from roof racks to truck beds.

Locking main zipper pull: secure your gear during travel.

Zippered exterior storage pocket: for quick access to small items like passports and keys.

Quickly ID your gear: Four external loop patches allow you to add Kitworks Gear ID labels, write-on labels, or patches to customize your kit.

The best duffel in my considerable closet of duffels

As a certified bag hoarder, I can say without a doubt this is the best made, toughest, most configurable bag in my extensive closet. I love the simplicity of a big top-loading duffel but having configurable dividers makes this bag unique. Highly recommended.

Road trip magic!

I just took the 90L Kitworks Duffel on a multi-day offroading trip and used it to keep all of my clothing and personal gear organized and accessible. Unlike regular duffels, the customizable KitWorks divider system makes it easy to segment the internal space to match your gear and trip requirements. I loved having the “dirty & wet” insert to keep my shoes (running, climbing, flip-flops) stowed separately from my clothes but still visible and easily accessible. The detachable shoulder straps make *so* much more sense than conventional duffel bag handles, and it made it easy to carry my gear, when needed.

Haven’t used s duffel this large in a long time and it just swallows gear.. the dividers keep it manageable and ultimately the duffel’s genius opening is what sets this apart from the rest

This 60L duffel rocks

I love duffels and I've travelled with them for years. I love how burly and tough this one is. I love that I can set it up so my gear and clothing doesn't all mix together. I love that my heavy and breakable (and expensive) things don't sink to the bottom. Impressed how much I can pack in here!

FAQ's

Can I use the Adventure Duffel as a carry-on?

During the development and testing of the Adventure Duffel, we traveled all over the world with the 60L and 90L.

The 90L duffel is 100% a checked bag.

the 60L fits in every overhead bin we've encountered in North American air travel (this image is a 737-900). It fits straight in to most overhead bins, with some smaller aircraft requiring it to be placed lengthwise.

We designed the molded base with flexible "wings" that allow the bag to fit into a luggage sizer - if it's not full. If you're traveling on some European or Asian airlines with strict luggage size limitations, the 60L will likely need to be checked.

Is the Adventure Duffel Waterproof?

The Adventure Duffel has been designed to be highly water and dust resistant, but it is not submersible.

The RF welded base is fully waterproof. Throw it on the floor of the boat - or the back of the pickup, and your gear will stay dry and protected.
What's Included with my Adventure Duffel?

Each Adventure Duffel includes the Duffel 60L or 90L, removable ergonomic backpack straps, one divider, and two removable compression straps that can be used on the interior accessory rails or on the exterior lash points.
When will my Adventure Duffel Ship?

May 30 Update: Duffels have cleared customs and are on the way to our warehouse. We expect to receive them the week of June 2 and will be working like crazy to ship them as soon as possible that week so you can start using them for your summer trips!
